101 Classic Novels App Reviews

Works fine for me. No crashes and it loads right away! I have a 16gb 3gs.

It is missing the first chapter in a lot of the books. There are also a ton of spelling errors in it. Makes it pretty annoying to try to read.

Missing a lot of content. Whats the point of reading half of the book? Also 3d page turn looks effective, but its really annoying after a while. My advice: Stay away from this one and rather get these books somewhere in pdf.

So far I have not had any problems with this. In fact if this works well I think it might be one of the greatest things ever. To have that much literature in your pocket is simply amazing. Ive read some of the other reviews and I hope they are mistaken.

Great app!

This used to be a good app. For quite some time now, after clicking on it, just a dark blank page appears which doesnt go away. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but the problem doesnt go away.

Loved most of the books on this app but it will not open on my iPhone 6s Plus. Tried reinstalling it and still will not work

I dont bother borrow books now! Here theres no late fee!

Im fifteen and I dont normally like reading books but after having this for a day Im almost done with the lost world. There are two things which can be better. When I hit the home button, I want to be able start the app again and go straight to where I left off. Secondly, turning the page is cool but its not really reliable. Also, landscape mode is dumb.

Some of these books arent really my thing (e.g. Crime & Punishment), but others are really really great. I love how I can listen to my music while reading. Although a few times while using the quick music selection (double clicking the home button) it turned the volume up as high as it can go. Really inconvienant when its late at night, but it woke me up and allowed me to keep reading haha. Overall the reader is nice to use but I would prefer just clicking a button than swiping to turn the page. This is a great collection + reader for anyone who likes to read. I definitely recvomend it.

When I launch this app, it pause the music Ive been playing. Someone wrote here that its great to read while listening the music, but I am not able to do so even after I turn off page turning sound...

I love this app! It has awesome books, multiple text and page color options, and I much prefer the page turning to the awkward scrolling of some other apps. This really does have the BEST classic novels including my two fav books ever: Moby Dick by Herman Melville and The House of Mirth by Edith Wharton. Very Excited. Love it love it love it. If you like books, get this app.

It wouldnt even load- and then it crashed. Good concept- but at least make it work!

I love this app. It brings back all my favorite books that i have read and some that i have wanted to read but lost the book thank you for adding so many. Would love to see 1984, more jules verne books. Again great app

It crashes on just about every other book but other then that its a good app. I love the features an how you flip the page while read just like normal. I wish I could read more of the novels in the app. :(

Awesome takes alittle while to load but still a great app not like those other apps that just give u part of the book this one gives u the whole thing

i love how so many classic masterpieces are gathered in one app. I especially love "Uncle Toms Cabin." I would like to ask, though, that you add "To Kill a Mockingbird" by Harper Lee because it is also such a great book. Please consider it even if it throws off the amount of 101 books. Great app and keep up the good work!

My only complaint is I cant listen to music while this app is open. I can with Kazs Classics.

They have a nice selection but they dont have As I Lay Dying

This is an awesome app! It is a really great idea andeverything works. I love the fact that I can listen to music while Im reading, plus my mom wont let me bring books on cartrips but shell let me bring my iPod touch so now I can read on my iPod!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
